Noob notes for PR

A simple reminder for PRs:

1. Fork.
2. Clone.
3. git check out -b [somefeature]
4. Edit the code.
5. git commit -a -m [commitmessage]
6. git push --set-upstream origin [somefeature]

Et voilà.
